2. NO PARTIES ALLOWED: Our properties are serene retreats, and we kindly request that they are not used as party venues. Please respect quiet hours between 23:00 and 06:00. Noise complaints from neighbours during these hours may result in a minimum £100.00 charge to your card.

3. RESPECT AND RESPONSIBILITY: We take great pride in providing pristine accommodations for your enjoyment. Please treat our properties with respect. Any damages, excessive mess, or misuse will incur repair or cleaning charges, and you will be notified by email.

4. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY: The safety and well-being of our guests are paramount. Engaging in any illegal activity at the property will lead to immediate termination of your stay without refund, and your damage deposit will be fully retained.
